In the early hours of the 19th September 2026 on Roberts Crescent Harrogate a black Renault Kadjar was been broken into and a wallet taken containing bank cards.

Having your car broken into and losing your things to thieves can be very distressing. Here are a few simple steps you can take to keep your vehicle, and what’s in it, safe.
- Always lock your vehicle. - Close windows and the sunroof. -Secure number plates with tamper proof screws. - Never leave anything of value on show. Hide it or take them with you. - Park in well-lit and busier areas. - Tradesperson? Do not leave tools in your vehicle. Security mark them if not possible through www.immobilise.com - Hide electrical items. Cables and Satnav suction pads will show there is a device in the vehicle. - Never leave registration/insurance documents in the vehicle e a few simple steps you can take to keep your vehicle, and what’s in it, safe.
